A decent supplement

This is 3 mg of boron and I take boron because I have read that it is supposed to help with bone health. I feel that this brand seems reputable.

Neat and Grand Supplements

These vitamins are fine and good for what they can do for an overall feeling of well being and health. The dosage instructions are easy to follow, they haven't produced any adverse side effects so far, and there is no strange smells or taste when consuming them. I like the way that these make me feel overall and these are something fantastic to have in my vitamin taking daily ritual.

Small tablets, easy to swallow.

These are small tablets, measuring just 8 mm across, so they’re easy to swallow. I’m taking them in hopes of reversing my osteoporosis, along with other supplements of course: calcium and vitamins D and K2. I’m also doing the LIFTMOR exercises, since those are proven to reverse osteoporosis. It’s too soon to say whether all these interventions are working, but I can say that it’s very easy to take one of these boron tablets a day, and I haven’t noticed any side effects.

I really like using Boron supplements. The strength and price make this product worth using. I would recommend this item.
