No-Bake Energy Bites with Manuka Honey UMF™ 10+

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 2–3 tablespoons Manuka Honey UMF™ 10+
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Combine: In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Stir in the almond butter and Manuka Honey until the mixture is well combined.
- Form Balls: Scoop out spoonfuls and roll them into 1-inch balls.
- Chill: Place the bites on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Store & Enjoy: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for a quick energy boost any time of day.
