Glazed Salmon with Manuka Honey UMF™ 15+

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Manuka Honey UMF™ 15+
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Marinate: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, Manuka Honey, and lemon juice. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then pour half the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Cook: Preheat your grill or oven (200°C/400°F). Cook the salmon for about 4–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness), basting with the remaining marinade halfway through.
  3. Serve: Plate with steamed vegetables or a light salad.
