Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1–2 inch piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1–2 teaspoons Manuka Honey UMF™ 20+ (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil: Bring water to a boil and add the ginger slices. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Steep: Remove from heat, strain out the ginger, and stir in the lemon juice.
  3. Sweeten: Add Manuka Honey while the tea is still warm, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Enjoy: Sip slowly to soothe and boost your immune system.
