Ginger-Lemon Immune Tea with Manuka Honey UMF™ 20+

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1–2 inch piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1–2 teaspoons Manuka Honey UMF™ 20+ (to taste)
Instructions
- Boil: Bring water to a boil and add the ginger slices. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Steep: Remove from heat, strain out the ginger, and stir in the lemon juice.
- Sweeten: Add Manuka Honey while the tea is still warm, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Enjoy: Sip slowly to soothe and boost your immune system.
