Exotic Salad with Sidr Honey Honeycomb Vinaigrette

Featuring: Yemeni Sidr Honey Honeycomb
Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100 g goat cheese, crumbled

For the Vinaigrette:
- 1 teaspoon melted Yemeni Sidr Honey Honeycomb (reserve a few pieces for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Assemble Salad: In a large bowl, toss the salad greens with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Mix Vinaigrette: In a small jar, combine the melted honey (if needed, gently warm the honeycomb to liquefy), olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Shake well.
- Dress & Garnish: Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss gently, and finish by sprinkling goat cheese and small pieces of the honeycomb on top.
