Decadent Manuka Honey Panna Cotta

Featuring: Manuka Honey UMF™ 24+ | MGO 1122+
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet (7 g) unflavored gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons Manuka Honey UMF™ 24+
Instructions
- Prep Gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin over 3 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl. Let stand for 5–10 minutes to bloom.
- Heat Cream: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves (do not boil).
- Combine: Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract and bloomed gelatin. Mix well until fully dissolved.
- Add Honey: Stir in Manuka Honey UMF™ 24+ until evenly distributed.
- Set: Pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh berries or a light drizzle of extra honey if desired.
