Citrus-Acacia Glazed Chicken

Featuring: Acacia Honey 460 GM
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (skin-on, bone-in)
- 3 tablespoons Acacia Honey 460 GM
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat & Season: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix Acacia Honey, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Sear: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Bake: Transfer the chicken to an oven-safe dish, brush generously with the honey glaze, and tuck in the thyme sprigs. Roast for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Finish: Optionally, brush with extra glaze during the last 5 minutes for a stickier finish.
